Cancellation Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Please review our refund/cancellation policy below: Rescheduling Training Session: Clients may reschedule their training session at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time without incurring any additional charges. Cancellation Policy: a. Refunds: Clients who cancel their enrollment in our training program at least 48 hours before the date of the first session will be eligible to receive a refund of their payment. Please note that spots for our training sessions are limited, and refunds may not be available if cancellation occurs within the 48 hour period. b. No-shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. Spot Availability: Due to the limited availability of spots in our training sessions, we encourage clients to secure their enrollment in advance. Refunds may not be available in the event of cancellation within the specified timeframe, as outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our refund/cancellation policy.
